信州の地酒を代表する酒蔵として、国内はもとより世界中で評価を得ています。

信州の地酒「真澄」の名前の由来は、諏訪大社に伝わる御宝鏡「真澄の鏡（ますみのかがみ）」から来ています。この歴史ある酒蔵は1662年に創業され、長い間、信州諏訪の清らかな自然環境と、霧ヶ峰を源とする天然水を利用して酒造りを行ってきました。
「真澄」という名前は、その透明感のある味わいと、曇りのない澄み切った鏡のような清潔感を象徴しています。
The name of the Japanese sake "Masumi" from Shinshu comes from the treasured mirror "Masumi no Kagami" handed down at Suwa Grand Shrine. This historical brewery was established in 1662 and has long utilized the pristine natural environment of Shinshu Suwa and the natural waters sourced from Kirigamine for sake brewing. The name "Masumi" symbolizes its clear and transparent flavor, as well as the purity and clarity akin to an unclouded, perfectly clear mirror.
